Return / Exchange Policy

  • Alsouk will only accept Return or Exchange Claims on the following 2 Conditions.
    1. Any Defected Product Delivered to Customer.
    2. Any wrong product delivered to customer.

In such cases claim should be sent through email within 7 Days of the delivery of Product.

  • Alsouk will not Refund any Food Product, Clothing Stiched Product, Perfumes, Footwear or any products which packing or seal is broke.
  • Opening of Any Alsouk Product is not allowed until payment given to our rider.
  • In case of Alsouk’s Unstiched products if Customer’s Mind Changed then customer will be charged 10% deduction along with Delivery Charges Deduction remaining amount will be available to purchase any other product from our online store.
  • In Case of Replacement or Return the product should not be used, damaged or seal / packing broken.
  • For Return / Exchange Claim Products Parcel, Original Packing, Manufacturing Container, Manufacture Manual, Warranty Card, and all other accessories delivered with the product should be in their same, New, Unused Condition.
  • Any Special Offer or promotion product will not be accepted for Return / Exchange Claim.
  • Cash will not be given against any Return / Exchange however any other product can be purchased through our online store.
  • Any product given as a gift will not be eligible for Return/Exchange. (e.g. Buy one Get One Offer)
